Pharmacotherapy

Combined drug, has a vasodilating, analgesic, spasmolytic and sedative effect.

Indications

Pain syndrome associated with spasm of the peripheral arteries, smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, cerebral vessels; arterial hypertension.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, expressed renal / hepatic insufficiency, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, blood diseases, tachyarrhythmia, severe angina, decompensated CHF (chronic heart failure), angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, intestinal obstruction, megacolon, pregnancy, lactation period, children's age (up to 8 years).

Dosing

Inside, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.

Side effect

Allergic reactions, drowsiness, decreased speed of psychomotor reactions, nausea, constipation, lowering blood pressure (arterial pressure), leukopenia, agranulocytosis, impaired liver / kidney function.

Interaction

Strengthens the hypotensive effect of nitrates, BCC, beta-adrenoblockers, ganglion blockers, diuretics (including furosemide, hypothiazide), myotropic antispasmodics.

Mutual increase in the risk of side effects when used simultaneously with narcotic analgesics.

Adsorbents, astringents, enveloping drugs (drug) reduce the absorption of the drug in the digestive tract (gastrointestinal tract).

Special instructions

At long (more than 7 days) application control of a picture of peripheric blood and a functional status of a liver is necessary.

During the treatment period, it is necessary to refrain from engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require a high concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
